in Canada
I practice in all areas of Canadian immigration law and have been since 1991. Canada has gone through many changes over the years, as has the World around us. Life is much more complex but can be very rewarding. Canada's Immigration laws have also become much more complex with many subtle differences in how to qualify and what is required to apply. This is especially true with the use of on-line applications which can be very unforgiving of mistakes and omissions. Whether you’re looking to visit Canada for a short period of time, study or work here for a longer period, or even become a permanent resident or citizen, I will help you to navigate through the process in order to avoid 'hitting the rocks' and floundering. I understand the importance of hands-on service when it comes to immigration law. This is especially important since my clients come from many different cultures and background, countries where they, simply put, do things differently, have different approaches and different views. I have been interacting with people from many different walks of life for many years and this experience has given me a foundation for understanding people's needs, desires, hopes and dreams. I find my experience is essential towards providing a good, and successful, service and help them achieve their goals. My approach is to carefully listen to my clients’ needs to understand their expectations and find a suitable program for them and help them be successful. I take the time to get to know each and every one of my clients and their circumstances to help them better understand the immigration programs that could benefit them. Over the years I have found that it is very important that my clients “understand the process”. This helps them to make better, more informed decision, as well as, more efficient participation in the process. I provide personal, hands-on service and listen to my clients very carefully to achieve these goals. In a word, my clients tell me what their goal is and I help them achieve it.
