I charge a Block Fee for my Immigration Services ​ This means that my Fee is ‘per service’ and not ‘per hour’.    It also means that the amount you pay to me for my legal fees for that specific service is fixed at the start, with no surprises later on. ​ At the very beginning we discuss what specific Immigration service I may provide and my Fee for that Service. My providing any Services will not commence until these are agreed upon. ​ The fee is based on the type of application and the complexity of your case. We have a preliminary Consultation (which is 'stand alone' and does not obligate you to continue, but it has a separate fee)  to discuss what 'fits' your circumstances based on my experience. ​ My Fee, as offered, is good for at most 2 weeks from the time of the quote and if not accepted within this period, must be renegotiated. ​ My Fee does not include any taxes that may be applicable. Nor does it include any fees or amounts payable to the Canadian government or any other entity as may arise. Disbursements and other such charges are not included in my Fee and are payable as they arise or, if sizable, as discussed in advance.
